We love getting your ideas! War Zones to Green Zones is an innovative aspect of our program that’s a radically new approach we’re taking to change the face of the aftermath of war. Not only are we working to empower and enable women who have suffered as a result of conflict, we’re engaging them and their communities in the sustainable rebuilding their homes and lives with alternative-energy products and environmentally friendly approaches to everyday life.
Pitch us YOUR idea on how we can do this! Nothing is too silly, or too crazy. In countries around the world, trash is being used to make energy for cooking and water-purification, harvested rainwater is being used to irrigate farm-land during water-shortages and sheets of foil are being used to cook food!
